1. Introduction

Welcome to Haul Plex LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our truck dispatching services. By accessing our website or entering into a dispatch agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided

Haul Plex LLC acts as an independent dispatching agency for authorized motor carriers. We locate freight, negotiate rates, and perform administrative duties (such as filling out broker setup packets) on your behalf.

We are not a freight broker, nor do we act as a motor carrier. We strictly represent the carrier in securing freight.

3. Carrier Responsibilities

By utilizing our services, you (the Carrier) agree to:

  • Maintain valid active operating authority (MC/DOT).
  • Maintain adequate cargo and liability insurance as required by law and brokers.
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding your equipment, availability, and location.
  • Transport loads safely and legally in compliance with all FMCSA and DOT regulations.

4. Payment Terms

Dispatch fees are outlined in your individual Dispatch Agreement. Invoices are generally generated weekly based on the loads successfully booked and delivered during that period.

Failure to pay dispatch fees in a timely manner may result in suspension of services and potential legal action to recover owed balances.

5. Limitation of Liability

Haul Plex LLC is not responsible for any damages, cargo claims, accidents, or unpaid broker invoices. The carrier assumes all liability for the transportation of the freight. We are solely an administrative service provider and make no guarantees regarding the financial stability or payment practices of third-party freight brokers or shippers.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the dispatch service agreement at any time by providing written notice as specified in your Dispatch Agreement. Any outstanding fees for loads already booked prior to termination must be paid in full.
